Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the odds screen (the "Service") provided by Betsniper (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers, including both monthly and annual options. The fees for these tiers are as follows:

• Basic Plan: $29 AUD per month or $240 AUD per year.

• Advanced Plan: $49 AUD per month or $384 AUD per year.

• Pro Plan: $79 AUD per month or $612 AUD per year.

The annual subscription offers a ~35% discount compared to the monthly rate. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method according to the chosen subscription tier and frequency.

2.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service, which can be found on their website.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the user dashboard on our website or by contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until then. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

• Refunds: Please be advised that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. All payments made as part of our subscription process are considered final and non-refundable. By proceeding with your subscription, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, and all fees paid are final.

2.4 Changing subscriptions

2.4.1 Upgrading subscription

• Monthly to Monthly: When upgrading from one monthly plan to another (e.g., from Basic Monthly to Advanced Monthly), the plan will be upgraded immediately following the successful payment of the additional required amount. For example, upgrading from Basic ($29 per month) to Advanced Monthly ($49 per month) requires an additional payment of $20 and the next billing date will be a month from when you make the change.

• Monthly to Yearly: When switching from a monthly to a yearly subscription, the change takes effect immediately after the payment of the additional amount due. The unused time on the monthly subscription will be credited on the purchase of the yearly subscription.

• Yearly to Yearly: For upgrades from one yearly subscription to another, the new plan will be implemented immediately after the successful payment of the difference in plan pricing. The unused time on the yearly subscription will be credited on the purchase of the next yearly subscription.

2.4.2 Downgrading subscription

• Monthly to Monthly: The subscription downgrade will occur immediately, and any balance amount will be credited to the customer's account. This credit will be applied to the next billing cycle. For example, downgrading from Advanced Monthly to Basic Monthly will result in a $20 credit on the next invoice.

• Yearly to Monthly: The current yearly subscription will continue until its renewal date, at which time it will switch to the newly selected monthly plan. For example, changing from Pro Yearly to Basic Monthly will mean that the current plan remains active until the end of the subscription period, with the new monthly rate taking effect thereafter.

• Yearly to Yearly: The current yearly plan remains in effect until the next billing cycle. A new schedule will be set for the upcoming billing cycle based on the newly selected yearly plan.

2.5 Payment changes

We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees or introduce new charges for additional functionality as our Service develops. We will provide you with advance notification of any price changes. Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your subscription. Your continued use of the Service after a price change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new subscription fee.

2.6. To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our promotional offers, each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with Betsniper. The creation or use of multiple accounts with the intent of obtaining more than one free trial, or otherwise circumventing subscription fees and promotional limitations, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to register additional accounts for these purposes will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions. The same credit or debit card to pay for Betsniper can only be used on one accounts, otherwise it is violating terms of service.

3.1 Ownership

The Service and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, databases, and content, remain the exclusive property of Betsniper.

3.2 License

By subscribing to the Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

4.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information through the Service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data obtained from bookmakers. The odds and related information provided are subject to change without notice. Therefore, you acknowledge that the data provided by the Service should not be treated as 100% accurate or definitive.

4.2 User Discretion

Any decisions or actions taken based on the data provided by the Service are at your sole discretion and risk. We do not assume any responsibility for the outcomes or consequences of such decisions or actions. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of the data before relying on it for any purpose.

4.3 Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. It is recommended that you seek professional advice from qualified experts or advisors before making any financial or investment decisions based on the data provided by the Service.

4.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of relying on the data provided by the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5.1 Bookmaker Specific Scrapers

Each bookmaker we source data from has its own dedicated scraper. While we strive to ensure the continuous operation of these scrapers, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. There may be times when a scraper is down due to unforeseen circumstances, and during these periods, data from the affected bookmaker may not be available through the Service.

5.2 Layout Changes and Downtime

Bookmakers may change the layout of their websites from time to time, which may disrupt the functionality of our scrapers. When this occurs, it may necessitate rebuilding the scraper for the affected bookmaker, resulting in temporary downtime. During this downtime, the Service may not provide data from the affected bookmaker. We will endeavor to minimize any such disruption and restore the Service as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for resolution.

6. Betsniper Products

6.1 All tools provided are based on theoretical betting strategies and are intended to serve as additional information to aid in your betting decisions. There is no guarantee of making money, and all betting involves risk

6.2 While we strive to ensure that the data from our tools is as accurate as possible, there may be occasional lags or errors, such as scrapers confusing naming conventions. It is crucial to verify the accuracy of the data directly on the betting platforms before placing any bets.

7. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by you in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.

8. Age Restriction

By subscribing to and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that you are under the specified age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service.
