What was your betting situation before you started using Betsniper?

Before BetSniper, my focus was more centred around the utilisation of promotions offered by the bookies. Back in the day when bookies offered payouts on both sides of bets I would hedge those promotions together. Then when those promotions were removed I did a lot of promotion betting on the horses as well as with same game multis.

I still placed arbitrage bets, however, they were more difficult to find and time consuming.

Had you been succesful at betting before Betsniper?

I had plenty of success betting on promotions over the years; however, it was becoming more difficult to see the same success as time went on. Bookmakers started offering way less enticing bonus offers or promotions. The amount you can win was very capped and it still required quite a significant time effort for limited returns

How would you describe yourself as a punter?

I try to refrain from punting as a source to earn money. If I am punting, it is commonly for fun, or I have confidence in my knowledge and the opportunity being offered. My betting is primarily based on the odds being statistically favourable or guaranteed winnings as opposed to punting.

I have played arbitrage bets in the past. But I would have to find them manually. I was always pretty stoked when I found a good arbitrage opportunity.

How do you use the arbitrage betting tool?

I'll keep it open on my monitor (connected up to my laptop) whilst I complete my day to day tasks and keep a close eye on the odds/arbs page waiting for opportunities to arise.

I will spend anywhere between 4-8 hours by my monitor and laptops waiting for arb opportunities to arise, managing accounts and additionally utilising the low hold tool to place bets on head to head markets to give accounts sustainability, longevity and stability.

My minimum goal is to average $100 per weekday and $500 per weekend to total to $1000 a week. However, numbers have exceeded the minimum goal and averages to about $2000 per week.

What are you looking for in an arbitrage bet?

A minimum profit of 5%. However, this depends on the bookie and the stability of the account. On bookies such as Dabble, Ladbrokes, Betr, UniBet, PlayUp and more, my minimum ROI would be 7% and ideally above 10%.

Do you have a minimum amount? What are your units?

Yes, this is dependent on the bookies and the stability of the accounts. On average best to keep it at $200 or lower for longevity of accounts. For more sensitive bookies, I try to bet maximum $100 per arb.

$100 - $200 on each side per bet. This constantly changes depending on the bookie/account and depends on the stability of the account. This is determined by how long you have had the account and if you have placed low hold bets to increase the health and sustainability of the account being used.

How many bets per day are you placing?

Anywhere between 50 - 100 bets on a good day.

What is your advice to people who want to get into arbitrage betting?

Place large bets on head to head markets when you open up new accounts (even if you take a loss).

Monitor the arbs page because good opportunities can come and go within minutes. Don't be greedy, play the long game, limit your bets and take advantage of good opportunities.

Don't bet too much at a time, otherwise your accounts get noticed/flagged and restricted.

Be patient, do not force anything.

Don't bet too large and be aware of how different bookmakers limit your accounts as well as your account reputation with that bookie i.e. has it a long history of losing etc.

What were your results?

Since I had time off from university in December, I was able to go hard on arbitrage betting.

I missed three days in December but was able to clear just above $20,000! This is by far my best month ever!

My average ROI per arb is around 7%.
